Your new opportunity

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our services within our Aberdeen City Carers Service which is a service which provides support to unpaid Carers of all ages throughout Aberdeen to enable them to continue in their caring role, where appropriate and support them to have a life of their own.

At Aberdeen City Carers, we strive to offer a service that is truly person-centred, ensuring that the vision of the People We Support is encapsulated in policy and service delivery. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth, effective running of this service and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all organisational administrative tasks as well as ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered.

The Team leader will be responsible for managing their own time and support hours, they will be supported by Project Managers.

This is a full time permanent working 37 hours per week.
