The Vacancy

If this sounds like you, Quarriers are recruiting an Operational Manager to provide support across allocated services we deliver across Scotland regions.
Your new opportunity
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an Operational Manager to join our Health, Children, and Families team delivering services across Scotland. As a key member of the leadership and management team you will be responsible for ensuring that assigned services comply with statutory and legislative requirements and effectively lead on performance management and quality assurance.
You will work with Service coordinators, Project Managers and the wider team providing support and guidance related to trauma informed practices, developing and monitoring service finances while focusing on key objectives within the organisational plan.
As an Operational Manager you will ensure staff and the people we support are the centre of best practice models including promotion of safety, health & wellbeing and that information is available across these key areas and accessible to all. #keepthepromise.
This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week Monday – Friday in line with our agile working policy, which blends home-working with office time and service visits. You will also be required to provide operational on-call support on a rotational basis (an on-call allowance will apply).
