Quarriers are currently recruiting a full time Senior Administrator to join our friendly administrative support team. Your main based will be in our Glasgow Regional office located in Springburn and required to work within our head office William Quarriers Scottish Epilepsy Centre (WQSEC) from time to time depending on organisational needs. 

As a senior member of the team you will work closely with the Administration Manager, operational team, services and corporate services, overseeing a wide range of administrative duties. You will be a key member of the team and have the opportunity to provide significant input in development of processes, procedures and systems within an office hub while navigating a range of different projects and deliverable related to administrative tasks. 

Working pattern: This is a full time permanent role, working 35 hours per week Monday - Friday. This is an office based role.  

What you will need to bring to the role

  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. HNC/HND Business Studies or related course), training, or significant administrative experience.
  • Experience in professional minute taking at a senior level.
  • Proven track record in working within office management and administration systems.
  • Ability to manage completing work priorities, deliver the highest quality of work and positive results. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to act as inter-agency liaison, as well as meet and greet visitors to the office.
  • Ability to manage innovation and changes with initiative.
  • A UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
