Your new opportunity 

We are recruiting a part time Administrator to provide administrative support to our Learning, Talent & Development Team who deliver training to all Quarriers employees. 

As the Administrator you will play a key role supporting a range of administrative tasks, including updating training records, facilitating internal and external enquiries, preparing and printing training materials . You will provide a high level of support while delivering you will also be responsible for preparing training rooms ensuring they are set up appropriately with tools, manuals and equiptment before training is delivered.

The role will include working to strict deadlines and ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently. Tasks will include setting up the training spaces to ensure all equiptment and tools are available and ready before training takes place. 

Working pattern: This is a permanent part time role offering 20 hours per week. You will be based in our office located in Quarriers Village working Monday - Friday from 8am - 12pm. 

What you will need to bring to the role

  • Previous experience in working in a similar role 
  • Good interpersonal skills, interact with people from all walks of life.
  • Effective communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, written & IT skills
  • Confident in problem solving and decision making. Ability to consult others appropriately.
  • Ability to work as part of a team either working alongside others or remotely as appropriate
  • Accountable and committed to high personal work standards.
  • Ability to put learning into practice and prepared to take on new challenges.
