Your new opportunity
Quarriers ABC service delivers 24 hour care to individuals in their own home who have a wide range of support needs. As a Support Worker you will be providing support with their personal care and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives, some these include; keeping them safe, taking part in activities & interests, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.
We are recruiting part time, permanent staff offering between 20 - 35 hours per week.
Working pattern will vary depending on which service you are assigned to. typical shifts would include:
Early shifts (mornings), late shifts (afternoons/evenings), day shifts (9-5) & sleepover shifts. Please note we manage shifts on a rotational basis where staff work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of the people we support and will include working weekends. Sleepover shifts are paid at an hourly rate of £12 and can also offer extra earning potential. Nightshifts are paid at £12.98 from 11pm - 7am.
