The Vacancy
Your New Opportunity
Quarriers Village is a unique and expansive setting, offering supported living services across two distinct phases – Phase 1 and Phase 2. Due to the size and complexity of the village, each phase is managed separately by its own dedicated Project Manager, and each provides support to individuals with very different needs and support models.
This Relief Support Worker role offers a unique opportunity to interview with both Service Managers. Based on your skills, experience, and the specific needs of each service, you may be offered a position within either Phase 1 or Phase 2. You'll be supporting individuals with a broad range of needs in diverse settings—making this an ideal role for someone seeking flexibility, meaningful professional development, and the chance to make a real difference.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential, as the role involves supporting people both within the village and in the wider community.
As part of the recruitment process, you will be interviewed by both Project Managers. If successful, you’ll be offered a role in one of the two phases, depending on your experience, skills, and suitability — and will then be managed by that phase’s Service Manager.
