The Vacancy
Are you a strategic healthcare leader who wants to make a real, lasting impact? Quarriers is looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the William Quarrier Scottish Epilepsy Centre – a nationally recognised specialist service supporting people with complex epilepsy.
Your new opportunity
As General Manager, you’ll provide strategic, operational and regulatory leadership across WQSEC, ensuring safe, effective and person‑centred clinical and support services.
Acting as Registered Manager, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee governance and quality, manage significant resources, and work closely with NHS partners to ensure WQSEC continues to thrive and innovate.
You’ll be a visible, values‑led leader—motivating people, strengthening partnerships and driving continuous improvement.
This is a full time, permanent role working 35 hours per week Monday - Friday.
