Quarriers is recruiting a Project Manager for our Riverview Adult Short Breaks Service, located within the beautiful surroundings of Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a specialist service that provides meaningful short breaks for adults with disabilities while offering invaluable support to families and carers. Set within the unique community of Quarriers Village, Riverview gives people the chance to enjoy new experiences, build confidence, develop independence, and create lasting memories in a safe and welcoming environment.
More About the Role
As Project Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation and ongoing development of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes for the people who use it.
Working closely with the people we support, their families, and your team, you will help create enriching experiences while driving continuous improvement across the service. You'll lead and develop a dedicated staff team, manage service performance and budgets, and ensure Riverview continues to provide outstanding support in a setting that is truly unique.
This is a full-time permanent role, working 37 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota.
