Your new opportunity

We provide 24‑hour care in people’s own homes to individuals with a wide range of support needs. As a Support Worker, you will support people with:

  • Personal care
  • Keeping safe
  • Community involvement
  • Physical & mental wellbeing
  • Daily routines
  • Social and recreational activities
  • Building independence
  • Achieving personal outcomes

The person you will be supporting is very sociable and enjoys going to the bingo, gym, karate and meeting up friends.

Please note: This post is restricted to female applicants only. This is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, due to the personal care needs of the individuals being supported.

We are offering 25–30 hour contracts, and flexibility is key. You’ll work a rota that meets the needs of the people we support.

Typical Working Pattern

Shifts may include:

  • Early shifts (mornings)
  • Late shifts (afternoons/evenings)
  • Day shifts (9am–5pm)
  • Sleepover shifts

Rotational working is essential, and weekend working will be included.

Your hours will be spent predominantly with one of the people we support but you may have shifts elsewhere also.
