As we continue to invest in our future, we're expanding our People Team and are looking for two People Advisors to join us.

This is an opportunity to be part of something meaningful. You'll help shape positive employee experiences, support managers to lead with confidence and contribute to building a workplace where people can do their best work.

Whether you're already working in an HR advisory role or looking for the next step in your People career, you'll join a supportive team where you can develop your skills, broaden your experience and make a genuine impact.

Both opportunities are full time, permanent working 35 hours Monday – Friday.

More About the Role

As a People Advisor, you'll provide practical, people-focused advice and support across a broad range of activities, including:

Employee relations
Attendance and wellbeing support
Policy guidance and advice
Organisational change
Investigations

You'll build relationships across the organisation, support managers to navigate people matters confidently and help deliver a positive employee experience.

Who We're Looking For

You'll be someone who:

Builds positive relationships and earns trust quickly.
Communicates confidently and professionally.
Approaches situations with sound judgement and empathy.
Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions.
Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Understands the importance of confidentiality.
Is keen to learn and develop their HR knowledge and experience.
A full valid UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential.

Agile Working

Quarriers operates an agile working approach, providing a blend of home working, office-based collaboration and service visits. The People Team is based at The Gateway, Quarriers Village, with opportunities to work from other Quarriers locations where appropriate.
